Terms and conditions
This site is information and a demonstration. It is not an offer, it is not a contract and it does not replace a conversation.
By using taquion.com.ar you accept what follows. It is short and in plain English, because a document nobody understands protects nobody.
The site informs, it does not bind.
What you see here describes what we do. Work with Taquión starts when there is a signed proposal, not before.
The demo generates examples.
The map it builds around your brand is written by a language model. It is a sample of how we think, not a diagnosis and not professional advice.
What is yours stays yours.
Typing a brand here gives us no rights over it. And the site, its texts and its drawings stay ours.
What this site is
taquion.com.ar is the site of Taquión, a research, strategy and growth consultancy. It explains what Comunidades® is, how we work and what a brand gets when it builds its community.
Everything published here is general information. It is not a commercial offer, it sets no prices and no deadlines, and it creates no obligation between you and us. Work starts when both sides have signed a proposal; until then, this is a presentation.
The Comunidades® demo
There is a block in the journey where you type a brand name and the site builds an archipelago of communities around it. That map is generated by an Anthropic language model from the name you typed. Nobody at Taquión reviews it before it is shown to you.
It is a demonstration of how we look at a brand, and it has to be read that way: the names, the percentages and the tensions that come up are plausible, not measured. They can be wrong. Do not use them as a diagnosis, as research or as the basis for a business decision.
The demo has a limit: one map per IP address per day, and a ceiling of sixty maps per day for the whole site. It is there so that everyone can try it and so that the cost does not run away, and we can change it or switch it off whenever we need to.
Do not type personal data or confidential information into that field. It is meant for a brand name, and that is all it needs.
How you can use it
You can browse the site, try it out and quote it. What we ask you not to do:
- Try to break it, overload it or get around the demo limits.
- Automate requests, scrape the site or use it to build a dataset.
- Pass off what the demo generates as work by Taquión.
- Use the site for anything illegal, or to harass anyone.
If any of that happens, we can cut off access without notice. That is the only sanction there is: no account to close here and no money involved.
Who owns what
The site and everything it is made of — the texts, the code, the drawings, the particle map and the Taquión identity — are ours or used with permission. Comunidades® and La Comunidad® are trademarks of Taquión.
You can quote and share fragments of the site as long as you say where they came from and link to the source. What you cannot do is copy it whole, reproduce it as your own or use it commercially without talking to us first.
The brand you type into the demo is yours or belongs to someone else: typing it here gives us no rights over it, and we use it for nothing beyond building your map. The map that comes out is yours, with the warnings above.
What others put in
This site leans on three third parties and they are worth naming: Google Analytics to count visits, Anthropic to generate the demo map, and the provider that hosts the site. Each one has its own terms.
If you leave from here to another page — a social network, a case study, the site of a client — what happens there is not ours to run.
Availability and liability
We do what is reasonable to keep the site available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will never go down, that it will have no errors or that the demo will always answer. There can be maintenance, changes or outages without notice.
The site is offered as is. To the extent the law allows, Taquión is not liable for damage arising from using it or from not being able to use it, nor for decisions taken on the basis of what the demo generates.
Your data
What we collect, what for and for how long is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. In short: we count visits with Google Analytics and we keep whatever you write to us in the contact form. Nothing else.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes. Carrying on using the site after a change means accepting it. We send no notices: the date is always in plain sight, right at the top.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute is settled before the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
