Privacy policy

Only what you give us on purpose, plus one technical thing we need so the site cannot be abused:

• From the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you fill it in — it is optional — and the message you write.
• From the brand field in the journey: the company or brand name you type. We neither ask for nor need it to be yours.
• Your IP address, only to limit how many times per hour the form and the map generator can be used. It lives in the server memory, is not written to any database and is lost when the server restarts.

And the browsing data the analytics section describes. We collect nothing from any other source, we buy no data and we cross-reference you against no third-party list. We do not store which language you read the site in either: that lives in the page address and nowhere else.

To reply to you, and nothing else. The message you send is used to answer it and, if work comes out of it, to carry that work out.

We will not add you to any mailing list for having written. If you want news from La Comunidad, that is asked for separately and you choose it.

We want to know whether the site reaches anyone, and that means counting visits. We do it with Google Analytics 4.

The Google tag loads on every page of the site. It leaves its cookies in your browser — the ones whose names start with _ga — to tell one visit from another and to know whether you came back. They last up to two years and are removed if you clear the site data.

What we take from it are aggregate numbers: how many people came, from where and what they looked at. We do not use that data to identify you, we do not cross-reference it with what you wrote in the contact form, and we build no profile of you.

• Which pages are seen, in what order and for how long.
• Where you came from: a search engine, an ad, a link on another site, or directly.
• Approximate device, browser and country data. Never your exact location.
• Four site actions: asking for a brand map, receiving it, sending the form, and crossing from one route to the other.

We use this to measure advertising campaigns and to understand which content works. You can change your mind at any time with the button at the end of this page, and you can also block it with the opt-out add-on Google publishes or from your browser.

With no one, other than the infrastructure providers the site needs in order to work. Each one receives only what it needs:

• Our hosting provider, which processes requests to the site in order to serve it.
• The service that carries the form messages to our inbox.
• Anthropic, if you use the map generator in the journey. It receives the brand name you typed and the language you are reading in, so it can build the map and answer in that language. We do not send it your name, your email or your IP.
• Google, which receives the browsing data the previous section describes. Google may process that data outside Argentina.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Contact messages, for as long as the conversation is alive and for as long as the law requires us to keep commercial records. If you ask us to delete yours, we delete it.

The IP address used for rate limiting, one hour. No record remains afterwards.

Analytics data, fourteen months, which is the shortest window Google Analytics allows. Google cookies expire on their own: the longest lasts two years, and all of them go if you clear the site data in your browser.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to update it or to delete it. You do that by writing to the address below and it costs nothing.

Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data protects you. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can complain to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority.

This site is aimed at professionals and organisations. It is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor left us data, write to us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the date above changes. This document changed twice in August 2026, and both are stated here because its first version promised exactly that: first we added Google Analytics behind a consent banner, and then — this version — we removed the banner and analytics became part of every visit. If you would rather not be counted, the analytics section says how to switch it off.
